Interview with Liliana, French Language Student
Where are you from?
I am originally from Colombia. I live in France because my husband started working here, and I want to be with my family.
What is your level of French?
I am studying the French language, and my current level is B1.
What do you like most about this institution?
What I appreciate most about the CCFS is the opportunity to exchange and share with many international students. I also like the high level of the French courses and the friendliness of the teachers, which contributes to my well-being here.
What has been the major challenge in your French learning so far?
The most difficult thing for me has been conversation, especially being comfortable speaking correctly with others.
Do you have any techniques to improve your French?
To make progress, I use television and social media in French. I listen to and watch them on the bus or metro, which is very helpful for practicing oral comprehension.
Why would you recommend this institution to a friend who wants to learn French?
The presence of many international students, some with a very good level of French, helps me to progress in learning the language. It also allows me to discover new cultures.
