Online courses
General French
Online courses are an ideal solution for people who, for professional or personal reasons, cannot register and attend face-to-face courses. The Cours de Civilisation Française de la Sorbonne offer online general French courses, which give everyone the opportunity to learn in complete flexibility.
If you have a project planned in France, and/or you want to study the French language, the CCFS give you the opportunity to evolve at your own pace. Online general French courses help you perfect and strengthen your language skills, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced learner. Lasting one month, this course encourages interaction and opens the way to discovering the French language or strengthening your current level.
The CCFS also offer intensive online French courses – also lasting one month – which allow learners to perfect their pronunciation, strengthen their grammar, and increase their confidence in speaking and writing. Intensive French courses take place within a small group of 15 students, accompanied by dedicated teachers, for total immersion in the French-speaking world.
Online general or intensive French courses take place daily, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Paris time. Each session is planned subject to a minimum number of registrants and requires basic knowledge of French.
Oral expression
Oral reinforcement lessons via videoconference represent an essential element of learning French, offering learners a valuable way to improve their communication skills. Oral expression courses at CCFS aim to perfect pronunciation, increase verbal fluency and develop the oral comprehension of international students.
Videoconference oral reinforcement courses are characterized by their interactivity, with students having the opportunity to engage with instructors and peers in real time, which promotes authentic and spontaneous communication. This allows you to become familiar with the accents, intonations, and subtleties of the language, while developing the confidence necessary to converse in French in various contexts.
In addition, these courses adapt their content to the level and needs of the students. Whether it’s everyday conversations, specific professional topics, or cultural discussions, oral reinforcement sessions adjust to meet individual learning goals. This personalization strengthens student engagement and helps them develop relevant language skills
The videoconference oral reinforcement courses offered by the CCFS are also valuable for improving listening comprehension. By listening to native speakers or experienced instructors, students become accustomed to the nuances of pronunciation and the speed of the spoken language. This prepares them to better understand real-life conversations in French, whether in a formal or informal setting.
