In order to carry out its mission, a good language school must adapt to its students : the CCFS (French civilization courses at the Sorbonne) thus meet the needs of all international students, whatever might be their level of French.
The CCFS offer French language courses to beginners or experienced learners, registered students being integrated into the proper class thanks to effective placement tests.
The summer courses offered by our establishment include general French, intensive French and business French.
These general French courses (12.5h/week) and intensive French (25h/week) can be taken over a period of one to three months (June, July and August) depending on the students’ objectives. The learning of business French during summer takes place during the month of your choice.
In order to meet the needs and objectives of each student wishing to master the French language, the Cours de Civilisation Française de La Sorbonne also offer Academic French (“français universitaire”) courses. This teaching specifically addresses international students wishing to learn French as spoken in universities
Thanks to the “Prépa Master” course, learners at the CCFS have the opportunity to perfect their knowledge of French language, both in writing and orally, while learning about French universities methodology.
To sum it all up, the linguistic offer at the CCFS is designed for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Specific teachings such as business French or academic French also allow students to deepen their mastery of French language in a specific context, universities and companies in this case.
